What to Bring to Your First Personal Training Session

By NardFit trainerAug 22, 20263 min read

No need to overpack. Here is exactly what to bring, what to wear, and what to tell your trainer before your first NardFit session.

    You booked the session.

Now you are wondering what to bring.

    Keep it simple.

    What to wear

    Clothes you can move in.

    Shoes you can train in.

That is it. You do not need specialty gear.

    What to bring

    • •Water
    • •A question or two you have been saving
    • •Your real starting point, not the version of yourself you plan to become

    What to tell your trainer

Tell them what you have done before.

Tell them what hurts, what feels tight, and what you have been avoiding.

Tell them how many days you can actually train, not how many days you wish you could.

That information shapes the plan. Without it, the trainer is guessing.

    What to expect

A workout. Not a tour. Not a pitch.

You train. We watch how you move. You leave with a recommendation for sessions every 30 days.

    The Starter Session is $47.

    Sessions every 30 days:

    • •8 sessions - $319
    • •12 sessions - $479 (Recommended)
    • •16 sessions - $619

    Verified students with ID: 8 $255 / 12 $384 / 16 $495.

Your $47 applies toward your first training package when you enroll within 48 hours after your Starter Session.
