Is this an open gym I can just come use?

No. NardFit is personal training, not a keycard and a treadmill. You book a time, you train with me, you follow a program built for you. You're paying for coaching, not door access.

Do I need to be in shape before I start?

No, and most people who walk in aren't. That's the entire point of the first session — I find out where you're starting and we build from there. You will not be thrown into something you can't handle. If you could already do this alone, you wouldn't be here.

What happens after my first session?

I tell you how many days a week you need to train and why. If you want to start, we set your weekly times right there — same day. No follow-up call, no "we'll get back to you." You leave with a plan or you don't.

Does the $47 count toward my training package?

Yes. If you enroll the same day or within 48 hours, your $47 goes straight toward your first month. After that, it's just the cost of a session. Either way, you got a real workout and an honest assessment.

What does training cost after that?

Semi-private training runs $319 to $619 a month depending on whether you train two, three, or four days a week. I'll recommend the one that fits your goals and your schedule — not the one that costs the most.

What should I bring to my first session?

Workout clothes, water, and shoes you can lift in. That's it. Everything else is handled — the workout, the weights, the plan. Just show up ready to move.

How long are training sessions?

Sessions run about 45 to 60 minutes depending on your program. The first session may run a bit longer since we go through a goal review before the workout.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Text the studio. As long as you give notice before the day of your session, we'll move it to another time that week. No fees, no penalties — just communicate.

Do you offer nutrition guidance?

I'll tell you what to eat to support your training goals, but I'm not a nutritionist. What I can do is tell you what's getting in the way of your progress and what to change first. Most people don't need a meal plan — they need to stop eating like they don't train.
